In the Get Equipped session, you will be guided through the basic beliefs and habits that every Christian needs to find success in their walk with Christ. You will be presented with study tools for personal Bible study and for spending time with God on a daily basis. The purpose of this session is to provide the tools necessary to help each believer become a spiritually mature disciple of Jesus Christ.

The Get Empowered session is designed to help you discover your personality type and spiritual gifts. It will help you see how God combines these for your best fit in ministry.

Get Connected
The Get Connected session will let you know about some of the many opportunities to serve at NBC, in our community, and throughout the world. The Growth Track is complete when you join or start a ministry team and get on mission for God.
